This program is designed for skaters with experience on the ice or previously enrolled in a CanSkate program. This program will be taught in group format by Skate Canada PowerSkate certified coaches. Skaters are active, engaged, constantly moving and challenged during the lesson. The program focus is on edge fundamentals, power, quick starts & stops, strong lateral movements, pivots and turns.
